A Classic!! Rich, smooth and very full bodied. Sounds like we're describing Selma Hayek, but no it is what we consider at Catahoula Coffee as our "Gateway" bean, for those who are used to the West Coast Char. With a properly roasted Sumatra there should be no bitterness in your cup; just a grand tasting and very low acidic coffee with plenty of curves to enjoy.
Please Note: Roast Master Choice gives you the chance to enjoy the pound you've chosen, and to try a 1/2 pound of another of Catahoula's fresh roasted coffees.

·SHIP: Tue - Wed
·ENJOY: Fri - Sat (Typically)
All shipments will be sent out EXPRESS mail. (Usually with USPS)

Return Policy: Beans are NOT returnable while Merchandise is limited within 30 days.
Some coffees, being in limited supply, may go out of season. Catahoula will contact you to approve a substitute coffee if this affects your order.
