By using our website you agree to the terms and conditions described below. If you cannot accept these terms, please do not use our website. As we continue to grow, we may update our terms. All changes will be effective immediately. Your use of our website following these updated terms means that you agree to the changes. Shipping

We roast and ship orders 5 days a week through the USPS and UPS. After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Please wait for that total time to elapse before you contact us with shipping concerns.


SubscriptioNs

Payment is processed when your first subscription shipment is prepared, usually within 24-48 hours of placing your order.  If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time by logging in to your account at catahoulacoffee.com, clicking “My Account,” then clicking “Subscriptions,” clicking on your subscription item, scrolling to the bottom and clicking "Cancel Subscription." You may also contact us at support@catahoulacoffee.com.

When you cancel your subscription, you will be responsible for all charges incurred before the effective date of your cancellation. We cannot offer refunds on subscriptions orders that are already being prepared.

If you would like to change your coffee type, grind, and frequency you must cancel your subscription and resubscribe. At this moment, this is the only way to make changes to your subscription we are sorry for this inconvenience.


Return & Cancellation Policy

We hope you enjoy our coffee! At this time all sales are final and we are unable to accept any returns on coffee. For lost or damaged merchandise, please contact support@catahoulacoffee.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please email us at support@catahoulacoffee.com. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the change. We will do our best to grant your requests. However, orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled or changed.

In the event of a fulfillment mistake or defective product, we will correct any errors and revise your order accordingly. Once our team has become aware of an error, we will work to resolve it within 72 hours.


Use LICENSE

You are permitted you to use our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You cannot distribute, modify, reproduce, publicly display, download, or republish any of our material for commercial purposes unless we have granted written permission. Further, you are not to use this website so that it may violate federal, state, local or international laws or regulations. You agree to indemnify and not hold Catahoula Coffee Co. responsible for any unauthorized use.


Customer Input

We love to hear your comments and suggestions on our coffees/graphics/website.  Please reach out to support@catahoulacoffee.com if you have something to say! When doing so, you are responsible for the contents of any submissions you make and you may not submit anything that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or obscene, nor will you violate copyright, privacy, or trademark rights of a third party. By submitting customer input you grant Catahoula Coffee Co. royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any materials that you have submitted. Further, you agree to waive “moral rights” to your content.

All content on our website is solely for the purpose of general information.
