Roasting Facility

When we opened our doors we roasted 5 days a week in the Richmond cafe on a 12 kilo San Franciscan Roaster. By 2013 we outgrew the San Franciscan and upgraded our capacity with a 35 kilo Loring Smart Roaster. Today, our Roasting Lab sits beside our original cafe in a converted tortilla factory.

Production Details

We roast and bag our coffee 5 days a week, all throughout the year. The majority of our green beans come from Royal Coffee, with whom we have been partnering with for over 10 years. We order our direct trade coffees directly from the farmers who grow them. Recently we’ve partnered with farmers in Peru, Nicaragua, and Brazil, to name a few.

Distribution Information

We deliver our coffee 2-3 days a week depending on route and availability. If you’d like to see where we currently sell our coffees, click here. During the COVID-19 pandemic we have upgraded our systems to ship out orders on a daily basis.
